我都是使用Symentec AntiVirus 10做為電腦防毒軟體，可是開機後總是會出現 "RrvScan.exe" 占用資源，或會出現 "doscan.exe 應用程式錯誤"，經搜尋網路，發現它是 Symentec AntiVirus 啟動時的快速掃瞄功能，並發現幾種解決方法：
1將Symentec AntiVirus升級到10.0.1，或
2打開Symentec AntiVirus到”開機掃描/自動啟動快速掃描 給刪除即可，或
3使用Symentec 提供的兩個登錄檔
(A)移除”自動啟動快速掃描 "the RemoveStartScan.reg file(下載路徑:ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/linked_files/ent_sec/RemoveStartScan.reg)
(B)防止”自動啟動快速掃描”在新增使用者時被建立--the PreventStartScan.reg file(對每個新增使用者都要安裝)(下載路徑:ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/linked_files/ent_sec/PreventStartScan.reg)
